Line / Curve Tool

Shortcut Key:- O

This tool may be used to draw lines and curve lines of different strokes.

hold Left Click and drag will draw Line of primary color

hold Right Click and drag will draw line of Secondary color

Drawing a line is simple: click where you want the line to start and then drag over to the ending point and release the mouse button.

+ or + Hold shift key, click and drag mouse will draw straight line. It also draws straight line in angle of 15o intervals diagonally.

Button in keyboard draws thicker line and button in keyboard draws Thinner line or use Brush width option to select the thickness.
You may curve the line by dragging the nubs.

Once the line is drawn, you will get nubs as four control points. These points pulsate so that they are easier to distinguish. When you hover the mouse near to the point you will get the Hand Sign to move the points to make it Curve Line. If you use the left mouse button for dragging, then the line will be curved. Essentially, the curve will be drawn such that it always goes through each point. However, if you use the right mouse button then you will draw what is known as a Bézier curve. With this method, the curve will not necessarily go through each point, but you will be able to draw curves that are not possible with the cubic spline method.
