Material Estimate is important for the production of carpet. It will automatically estimate the quantity of each color of yarn to be used, wasted and other information before the actual production starts.

Galaincha software estimates the consumption details of the raw materials used in a particular design in the given color sequence.

The Material Estimate window shows the carpet information and estimation details color wise. You can recalculate the estimation based on the actual production procedure. The estimation will completely depend on the production environment.

Material Estimate can only display 35 colors in one single page. To save all the used colors in a single page, click on Save button and select Save as type> CSV format (*.csv).
