CarpeTools [Clean]> Clean Layer

Clean layer tool cleans the design of the selected layer. It cleans unnecessary patches (island) of specified pixels, make the edges smooth, removes all single pixels, single knots/lines, connect diagonal pixels and close the small gaps in the motif.

The size and the color of the islands to be removed can be specified.
